Mr. Raghavan, has two decades of experience in Marketing and a decade and half experience in Training and Development during which he has trained corporate leaders and CEO’s and CFO’s at one end of the spectrum and trained students on the verge of starting their corporate career at the other end of the spectrum. He has a degree in life sciences followed by a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi. He has a masters in Psychology from Madras university. He is a Director with Krushar, Human developmental services. He is an OD and HR consultant with a pharmaceutical and an agro manufacturing company .

He is a visiting faculty member of ASCI the premium management training institute at Hyderabad where he trained seniors employees of DRDL, DRO, Crompton Greaves and employees of nationalized banks etc He is a visiting faculty with NI-MSME( National institute of micro, small and medium enterprises) where employees of NMDC are trained. He is a faculty member with DRFHE (Dr Reddy’s foundation for health education) where he has trained senior Physicians in Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Orthopedics Dentistry etc and nurses and office assistants of Doctors in patient management and self management skills.

He has conducted over 1000 programs in the last 15 years and impacted over 20,000 participants in various areas ranging from basic English language skills, business etiquette to interpersonal skills, team working, influencing skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as performance counseling and appraisal skills The participants were in the age group of 20 to 58 years – the entire working life period! They were from the manufacturing sector represented by Gulfoil, Coramanadl fertilizers, Schiender electri, Monsanto seeds, from Pharmaceutical sector represented by JBCPL, GVKBio, NATCO, DR Reddys, Shanthabiotechnic, Vance & Health, IT firms like Intelligroup, Polaris, CSC, Cognizant, Singularity, Aztec software, Satnavtech, and Oracle, multi dimension companies like ASTER Tele services, Elico, service and hospitality industry represented by First Flight couriers, Bigbazaar and Quality Inn Hotel, sales and marketing sectors represented by Sivashakthi, TATA teleservices, Tata Indicom and LIC, R&D organization like ASTRA Microwave systems and students from CMC, St Francis, St. Joseph, ICFAI Business School, ICFAI National college and Kasturbha Gandhi College. He has conducted extensive sessions of behavioral skills training and facilitated experiential learning and outbound training for team building.

These programs were conducted in an interactive manner. He uses experiential teaching as the main method of training and is well versed in usage of audio video equipment, role plays, team and individual games, management games and case studies, indoor & out door activities Mr.Raghavan’s expertise is in training in professional skills such as Managing change, Assertiveness, Interpersonal skills, Appraisal skills, Leadership skills Supervisory skills, and Selling skills.

He was a faculty member of OPPI, organization of pharmaceutical producers of India, which represents a group of 50 MNCs such as Hoechest, Pfizer, Schering, German Remedies, Glaxo Smith Kline Becham operating in India. He has trained various levels of executives belonging to these companies in managing change, managing the market analyzing the requirements and designing marketing strategies accordingly, managing teams, team building, appraisal and counseling skills and managing difficult employees.

Mr.Ananth Tope has over 37years of work experience. He has worked across the globe, with multinational organizations and held senior positions. He comes from a background of educationists with both his parents having pent their lifetime in educational institutes and developing excellent citizens. He has a degree in life sciences and has attended innumerable training programs conducted by stalwarts in areas like Winning habits – Shiv Khera. Leadership and Managerial grid – Homi Mullah Managing People & Interpersonal Skills – Prof. Smarta.Effective Management of Pharma Business – Glaxo Smithklime Intnl.Transactional Analysis & EIQ – Mr.Abhay Valsangkar. He has been closely associate with a chain of school in developing curriculum, teaching methodologies andprocess creation.

He has a deep passion for training and developing people and in this connection has conducted innumerable sessions such a AADHAR programmes for General Practitioners across Maharashtra for Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., as a Visiting faculty to Business schools in India and Middle East. Conducted numerous programmes for Rotary and Lion’s Club. Regular orientation programmes for Senior Management team of Pharmaceutical and FMCG companies of India.

He has the skills and expertise gained through Broad based study of Human Psychology and Behavioral Science. With good ability to communicate with people. He has the capabilities to impart knowledge and skills for the audience. Having professionally visited 24 countries, he has a fair knowledge on Cross-cultures and its effect on human behavior. He brings to the session that he conducts practical approach filled with live examples and applicable solutions.

S. Chandrasekaran has 24 years of work experience out of which 6 years have been in the training and HR functions. This graduate in life sciences spent 18 years in marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry and learnt the rudiments of interpersonal and managerial skills. He had built excellent teams and helped many team mates to gain that coveted promotion.

He headed the training functions of a multinational company and also helped formulate the recruitment systems. He brought in the skills of using Psychometric tools in the selection process to make the selection foolproof. He has trained extensively the field force and office staff in interpersonal skills, assertiveness, analytical and appraisal skills. He has inducted hundreds of sales professionals both on and off the field. He has the knack of getting the best out of anyone through his disarming manner and methods. He has the experience in training and administration of BPO dealing with multinational bank clients.
He specializes in experiential training, conducting role plays, using video films and questionnaires. He works excellently in big and small groups or even with individuals bringing out the best in them at all times.

Hina Jani has 22 years experience of training people and managing events.

She has 14 years experience in the field of personality development, soft skills development and managerial skills development.
She has trained people from many companies, institutions, media, NGOs, government and semi government organizations. The levels of people she trained are middle management executives, Sales managers, Field Staff and Top-level executives.
She has special gift in training and counseling youth, students from Schools and Colleges.
Her expertise is in training in Communication Skills, Inter Personal Styles, Human relations, Presentation skills. She has conducted many programs in areas such as Target setting and Action plan monitoring, Time Management, Team Management and People management.

Usha has 22 years experience in building a home and for the last 10 years has been helping students achieve excellence in their studies. She is a graduate in Physics, has diplomas in computer sciences and Hindi language. She is pursuing her masters in Human resources development to give vent her never ending desire to learn and give her profile the cutting edge.
She has special talent in working with children and women. She helps them improve their memory and study skills using latest methods of learning such as mind maps, mnemonics, organized note taking. She helps them overcome inhibitions by facilitating with a tender touch.

Prathama Raghavan is a developmental psychologist with a PhD on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Université Paul-Valéry, Montpellier, France. She also has a diploma in Human Rights.
She has experience in literacy skills, social communication skills training and sexuality education for children and adolescents with and without disabilities and from underprivileged communities. She is a strong believer in the use of tablets and computers in facilitating learning in neuro-divergent children. She works towards sensitizing parents and teachers to Neuro-diversity, inclusive education and need for gender sensitive sexuality education. She has worked with local and international NGOs managing programs and research studies regarding urban poor communities, child development, developmental differences and education. Her expertise includes childhood and adolescence issues, disability and inclusion, sexuality education, Autism Spectrum, Anti-Bullying policies and urban poverty issues.
